WORLD BANK GROUP TEAM VISIT ACEIDHA
The World Bank Group team, led by Education Practice Manager, Ms Safaa El Tayeb El-Kogali, visited the Africa Centre of Excellence for Infectious Diseases of Humans and Animals (ACEIDHA) at the University of Zambia (UNZA). On this visit, the team was accompanied by Director of Technology and Science, Mrs Jane Chinkusu, from the Ministry of Technology and Science in Zambia and was hosted by UNZA Vice-Chancellor, Prof Luke Mumba, at the Great East Road campus on Tuesday, 8th March 2022.

The Africa Centre of Excellence in Infectious Diseases of Humans and Animals (ACEIDHA) is looking for highly qualified and motivated young African scientists interested in research in infectious diseases under the themes given below, that will culminate in obtaining MSc or PhD qualifications from the University of Zambia.

ACEIDHA Holds UNZA-PASET-World Bank Benchmarking Workshop
The Africa Centre of Excellence for Infectious Diseases of Humans and Animals (ACEIDHA) has begun its UNZA-PASET-World Bank Benchmarking retreat which is scheduled from 6th to 9th April 2021. This workshop has been officially opened by the University of Zambia Acting Vice-Chancellor, Dr. Tamala Kambikambi. The workshop’s key objectives are as follows:
1. To orient participants on the ACEDHA Operational and Funding Mechanism
