ACEIDHA & FORTECASE Team Brainstorm Postgraduate Courses

The Africa Centre of Excellence for Infectious Diseases of Humans and Animals (ACEIDHA) and Fostering Quality Graduate & Postgraduate Training & Research Through Enhanced Academic Collaboration and Mutual Student Exchange (FORTECASE) team has continued to refine the proposed new FORTECASE courses for postgraduate programmes today.

Some of the proposed new FORTECASE courses include:
1. Applied Epidemiology and Biostatistics
2. Bio-Informatics for Tropical Infectious Disease Pathogens
3. Control of Zoonotic Diseases.

ZNPHI Thanks ACEIDHA for the Support in COVID-19 Fight

Zambia National Public Health Institute (ZNPHI) Director, Prof Victor Mukonka, has showered praises on ACEIDHA through the Dean, School of Veterinary Medicine, Prof King Nalubamba, for supporting the COVID-19 surveillance efforts in Zambia.

Prof Mukonka said this during the COVID-19 surveillance training workshop for community multisector stakeholders who would be used to carry out event-based surveillance among the people in Chirundu.
